  • 500g squid, cleaned and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish


  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the vegetable oil and swirl to coat the skillet.
  2. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until the onion is translucent and the garlic is fragrant.
