Seafood Noodle Soup

Seafood noodle soup is an attractive and extremely nutritious breakfast dish. Ingredients:

  • Noodles: 500 gr
  • Onion: 1 tuber
  • Chicken broth: 2 liters
  • Bean sprouts: 300 gr
  • Fresh shrimp: 250 Gr
  • Turnip: 1 tuber
  • Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
  • chives: 100 Gr
  • Squid: 300 gr
  • Spring onion: 50 Gr
  • White sugar: 1/2 Tbsp
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • MSG: 1 teaspoon
  • Fried onion: 2 Tablespoons
  • Fish ball: 100 Gr
  • Seasoning seeds: 2 Tablespoons
  • Purple onion: 5 Tubers

Instructions:

Step 1:

Make seafood noodle soup: First put the pot of chicken broth on the stove, add onion, red onion, white radish cut into small pieces, bring to a boil until the vegetables are cooked. When the vegetables are soft, add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1.5 tablespoons of seasoning, 1/2 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of MSG. Stir well to blend the spices, taste to see if the noodle soup has just eaten and season to suit the family’s taste.

Step 2:

Wash the shrimp, remove the shell, cut along the back of the shrimp to remove the black thread, keeping the tail for a beautiful look. Clean squid, cut into small cubes. Boil shrimp, squid and fish balls in noodle broth, then remove and set aside.

Step 3:

Boil pot of water. Put the noodles in, blanch briefly until cooked, then take them out.

Step 4:

Finally, blanch the bean sprouts and put them in a bowl. Put noodles in and then put on top of fish balls, shrimp, squid. Spoon the broth over the seafood noodles. Sprinkle a little more chives, green onions, fried onions. When eating, you can squeeze a little more lemon, drizzle with satay to make the seafood noodle soup more rich and spicy!
