Instructions for Making Squid Noodles

Squid Noodles

The part with mixed squid beard is crispy, the broth is slightly sweet and sour from tomatoes and pineapple. Squid Noodle is delicious but the recipe is not complicated but it is very nutritious for your family.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of squid
  • 50g minced lean meat
  • 2-3 tomatoes
  • 2 slices of pineapple just eaten
  • Green onions, coriander, tapioca starch, salt, sugar, seasoning seeds, fish sauce, dried onions, cooking oil, pepper
  • Vermicelli, chili sauce, bean sprouts, herbs, curly lettuce served.

Instructions

Step 1:

  • Squid clean, separate the beard and squid body, dry with a clean towel.
  • If you want to eat fresh squid, you can save some squid, cut it diagonally.

Step 2:

Marinate Squid
The body and beard of squid you use a knife to finely chop, mix well with finely chopped scallions, two small spoons of tapioca starch, two small spoons of salt, half a teaspoon of seasoning, a little pepper, two small spoons of cooking oil.

Step 3:

Put the minced meat into a bowl of squid, mix well, use a large spoon to mash until the squid is chewy, cover with food film and place in the freezer for about 2-3 hours.

Step 4:

  • Bean sprouts, herbs, curly lettuce, washed and dried.
  • Green onions, coriander washed, chopped.

Step 5:

Pineapple cut off the eyes, cut into slices, washed tomatoes add areca.

Step 6:

Use a small pot to add cashew oil, sauté fragrant onions, add sliced squid in step 1, stir-fry until cooked, pour into a separate bowl.

Step 7:

Use the same pot, add tomatoes and sauté for about 5 minutes, then add pineapple and stir-fry, season with a teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of sugar, continue to stir-fry for 5 to 8 minutes.

Step 8:

Squid Noodle Broth
Pour into the pot of tomatoes filtered water or bone broth, bring to a boil, season with salt, sugar, and seasoning to taste.

Step 9:

  • After taking the squid cake from the freezer, let it melt for about 10 minutes, use a spoon to scoop out round pieces of squid, flatten it.
  • Heat a pan of cooking oil, put the squid into the pan and fry it evenly on both sides, remove to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb cooking oil.

Step 10:

When using, you pick up some vermicelli into a large bowl, add the fried squid and fried fresh squid, add tomato and pineapple broth. Sprinkle on the surface little scallions, finely chopped coriander served with vegetables and chili sauce.
