Instructions for Making Stir-fried Squid With Lemongrass and Chilli Curry

Squid Curry

This is a very easy dish to make and does not take much time, you can use this squid dish to change your daily dishes, serve hot with rice, when you eat you can dip it with Mayonnaise sauce.


  • Toner 300 Gr
  • Purple Onion 2 Bulbs
  • Garlic 1 Bulb
  • Minced chili 1 Tbsp
  • Lemongrass1 Tbsp
  • Fish sauce 1 Tbsp
  • Cooking Oil 2 Tbsp
  • Oyster oil 1 Tbsp
  • Seasoning seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pepper 1/2 teaspoon
  • Curry powder 1 Tbsp
  • White sugar 1 Tbsp
  • White Wine 1 Tbsp


  1. Buy squid, wash and soak with diluted white wine for 5 minutes to reduce the fishy smell, drain, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Minced purple onion and lemongrass.
  2. Seasoning: add purple onion, minced garlic, curry powder, fish sauce, oyster sauce, seasoning, pepper, sugar, minced chili, mix well, leave for 15 minutes to infuse the spices.
  3. Put the pan on the stove for cooking oil, when the oil is hot, add the minced lemongrass and fry until golden and pour all the squid in and fry until cooked. Scoop out and serve hot with rice.
